Lexington Home Services is a 30 year old mom and pop shop that specializes in Rinnai Tankless Water Heater installations, Bathroom accessibility remodeling, plumbing & electrical. We pride ourselves in understanding each and every client we have and walk our customers through every step of the way.

At Lexington Home Services we are experts on making sure your new tankless water heater installations, and rennovations work to fit your needs in your home. We know every single client has different needs which is why we tailor and consult with each client to satisfy their needs.

A Message From Our Founder: 

My name is Barney Gaxiola, owner of Lexington Home Services (CSL#681257) I started my business in 1993 in Sacramento, CA. I am originally from San Francisco and started construction work in 1978. I have worked in various kinds of construction trades until I opened this business in 1993. Since the start of my business, I’ve worked with various city agencies on their housing rehab and development programs. Some of these cities include: Stockton, Contra Costa County, Sacramento, Roseville, and Citrus Heights. Over the years my projects have been inspected time and time again and has always passed with flying colors!

Workmanship:

I have learned a lot over the years. With remodeling there are new challenges in every job. I’ve found that the more experience you acquire, the less difficult the challenge. I pride myself on excellent, clean work with very competitive pricing. I do not adjust costs to your income. That means I have the same hourly rate and line footage costs for everyone. I perform the same caliber of workmanship, whether I’m working for a rental property or ultra custom home. 

Quality control and efficiency is key, but my word to my customers is most important. I will build equity for your home. Every project is inspected diligently before the final product is presented. We believe in transparency so we always line itemize and explain clearly what is and is not included. Materials and or allowances for fixtures etc. are very clear, so there is no mistaking the scope of the work, our agreement and our responsibilities. 

I am proud of every job I do, and nobody is pickier than me. I will take time to change something that you would have easily approved. Trust me when I say you will be very satisfied with Lexington Home Services’ workmanship as well as the way we conduct ourselves during the course of your project.
